1. What are the payment methods accepted by Tudor Tailor?

We accept several payment methods: online payment through Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery (at the showroom).

2. In which countries does Tudor Tailor deliver?

We ship to Romania by Fan Courier and to Europe by the following courier firms: UPS, FEDEX, DHL.

3. How long does it take to receive my products and what is the transport cost?

The delivery of the products ordered will be made at the Buyer’s given address or at the Tudor Personal Tailor showroom.

In Bucharest, the items can be collected directly from our showroom.

In other cities, the delivery is made by a speed courier company (Fan Courier). The delivery is free for locations where Fan Courier office also exists. For other locations please contact us for further information.

For international deliveries, the shipment is made through the following courier companies: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and the transportation cost is EUR 50 for every country.

4. How can I track my order?

As soon as you completed the order, you will receive a confirmation mail with a track&trace number.

5. Are gift cards also valid for online orders?

Gift cards can be used only for purchases made in Tudor’s showrooms.

6. Can I buy gift cards online?

Yes, gift cards can also be purchased. The available amounts are: 500 RON, 1000 RON, 1500 RON 2000 RON, 2500 RON and 3000 RON.

7. For how long is the gift card valid?

Gift cards are valid 1 year from the time of purchase.

8. How do I know if a product that is out of stock will be available again?

9. I have a question, comment or suggestion that I wish to address.

If you have questions or comments regarding our products and services, don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or by email. You will receive an answer as soon as possible, no later than 2 business days.

10. Is having an account necessary to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place an order. Its role is to facilitate subsequent orders. In addition, by creating an account you can keep track of your orders, or create a wishlist.

11. Can I order products tailored to my size?

Yes, you can order tailored products if you are a Tudor client and the measurements stocked in our system have not changed in the meantime. Otherwise, you need to visit one of the showrooms, where our tailor will take your measurements, which will then remain registered in our system for your future orders.

12. Under what conditions can I exchange/return a product?

The products may be changed/returned within 30 days of purchase. The condition under which we can accept the exchange/ return is that it has the product have same standard of quality as when we shipped it.
