For every important role of your life, Tudor Personal Tailor launches Final Cut, the fall/winter 2015-2016 collection.
The Final Cut Collection makes an inherent analogy between the film production and the made to measure tailoring process, emphasizing the importance of dynamics in any context and the character-attire, personality-costume relation, seen as dialectics which gains real value only as long as it is regarded as a whole, always in motion.
The central idea of the campaign, brought to the fore by the collaboration with the actor Emilian Oprea, implies the real-cinematographic dimension of day to day situations, seeking for a more versatile fashion setting in which one has total freedom of expression and movement.
The collection gives a new interpretation to the classic cut of English and Italian mens suits, creating a balanced mix between the two styles: made to measure double-breasted jackets with wide lapels, either notch or peaked, a single buttonhole, vests that complement and complete the outfit, reminding of the classic elegance of the English mens suits.
The look gains more aesthetical and practical valences due to multiple smart-casual variables like contrastive accessories and vests in order to ‘break’ the continuity, thus adding more lightness to the outfit. The chromatics is centered on a warm palette which includes brown, dark red and green, with accents of pastel blue, beige or even orange.
Most outfits can be fragmented and combined together in order to create dynamic, standalone looks which can nonetheless complete one another, and this is also due to the complementarity of the colors used: the blue or grey pieces can be combined with the brown/beige ones, as well as with the dark red ones.
Final Cut is the first collection of the series Tailoring Freedom, a new design concept that promotes a fresh and powerful attitude with greater openness towards both novelty and a contemporary and dynamic spirit, yet conserving the tonic notes, with slightly rakish accents.
