DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
Terms of trade
Tudor Personal Tailor reserves the right to modify at any time the data, prices and details displayed on this site according to the changes product offering.
Tudor Personal Tailor Obligations
Tudor Personal Tailor assumes the obligation that the Buyer's personal data will not be disseminated to third parties.
The buyer is secured with the rights provided by the Law no. 677/2001 regarding the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Delivery of products
The delivery of the products ordered will be done at the address mentioned or at the Tudor Personal Tailor showroom. Any other change of the initially mentioned delivery info can be done by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days from the time of placing the order.
Changing the size
When the delivery is made, the client has to try the goods. If there are any differences between the initial measurements and the final product, Tudor Personal Tailor will adjust it without any additional cost. If the buyer loses or gains weight and changes are necessary, then there will be some extra costs.
If the buyer wants to make a new order in less than 6 months, the initial measurements will be taken into consideration. In case of overcoming the half-year interval a new meeting with the Tailor is needed.
The order is considered confirmed when the customer pays 50% deposit of the total order.
The payment methods are
- cash or credit card for individuals;
- through Avantaj Card system from Credit Europe Bank (max 4) or Raiffeisen Multibonus (max 6);
- bank transfer, based on the invoice issued by Tudor Personal Tailor, for legal entities, the buyer agrees to send the OP payment confirmation at email@example.com;
The rest of 50% of the payment will be done using one of the methods above at the moment of delivery.
Product warranty, with respect to the law is 30 days.
Tudor Personal Tailor isn’t responsible for the physical changes of the client after the order is made.
The cleaning of the products will be done taking into account the recommended maintenance rules that are written in the quality of product certificate. Tudor Personal Tailor is not responsible for any of the flaws of the materials in case of improper maintenance.
Any conflict between the parties regarding the execution shall be settled by mutual agreement. If the parties do not settle for a trade, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
In a buyer refuses the items ordered on groundless reasons, Tudor Personal Tailor has the right of not returning the 50% of the payment and will withhold the item for 2 weeks, during which the client can pick it up. After these 2 weeks the items will be out of stock and will not be available anymore.
